SAS: Spectrum Exhibition by Sagynbek Ulanov | 11 am to 11 pm


This week is your last chance to visit this exhibition, which is a part of Chicken Star’s Star Art Space program. The exhibition is by Sagynbek Ulanov, a Kyrgyz photographer. Come enjoy his works, which are rich with colors and women. The exhibition will be open till March 3, 2019.

Based on Chyngyz Aitmatov’s Works Exhibition | 2 pm to 6 pm

An international exhibition dedicated to the 90th anniversary of Chyngyz Aitmatov’s birth organised by the Eurasian Creative Guild. Numerous works from UK, Russia, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyz Republic based on the great writer’s stories will be available till March 5, 2019.

The Making of Industrial Bishkek Tour. Interhelpo. | 2 pm to 4 pm

This walking tour will tell a story of how industrialization began in fully agrarian Kyrgyz Republic and how Central Europeans came to Soviet Kyrgyz Republic in the mid-1920s. Interhelpo was formed as a cooperative in Czechoslovakia in 1923 to help Kyrgyz Republic to build socialist economy.

Modern Stories from Ancient Lands Exhibition | 6 pm

Tim Rothon and Leandro Almeida founded Tsar Photography in summer 2018 to capture the beauty of Central Asia, its landscapes, people and culture. They take photos that reflect the region’s picturesque environments, capture day-to-day life and share stories about the Kyrgyz Republic, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan. The exhibition will be open till April 7, 2019.
